The FM was established with the Cooperative called “Lumbini Information and Communication Cooperative Limited”. It is the first fm station established by cooperative in South Asia. I Joined Radio Lumbini as an accountant, Ethnographic Action Researcher for Multimedia project called Findng a Voice (www.findingavoice.org ) and  Assistant/ Program Coordinator on a project with Chemonics International/ USAID.  As a researcher I have the experience to work with community people and make friendship easily in the society of CMC and CLC.
