I have been working with Community Radio Lumbini fm, Manigram, Nepal since 2001. The FM was established with the Cooperative called “Lumbini Information and Communication Cooperative Limited”. It is the first fm station established by cooperative in South Asia. I Joined Radio Lumbini as an accountant, Ethnographic Action Researcher for Multimedia project called Findng a Voice (www.findingavoice.org ) and Assistant/ Program Coordinator on a project with Chemonics International/ USAID. As a researcher I have the experience to work with community people and make friendship easily in the society of CMC and CLC.
